Great location, great service. Loved that the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, so we got to enjoy the views every morning. Rooms are abit dated. But overall a great stay! Would recommend.

Decent hotel, busy neighborhood. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The rooms that are located in the front by the street are rather noisy. So bring ear plugs. The staff is very kind and helpful and they even have bellman to help with luggage. The buffet breakfast which was included was decent too, lots of choices. I had a room with a huge tub. Unfortunately there were no handicap handles to help me get in and out of the tub or a bathmat to prevent me from falling. One other thing they don't have which they SERIOUSLY need are banisters for the front steps. It's very difficult if you are handicapped to go up the marble stairs, especially if they are wet. I asked the staff about this and they told me that the owner is well aware of the problem but hasn’t done anything about it. I guess after someone slips and falls and the owner gets sued, he will do something. Shaking My Head.

Hotel razoável para o fraco. Quarto, fraco, pequeno almo?o muito fraco ?? pouca simpatia da maioria do staff. N?o me parece ser um hotel de 4 estrelas ??

Muy buena experiencia. El botones me recibió muy bien y me ayudó con mi equipaje. Los recepcionistas estuvieron muy amables también, igual que el Staff de desayunos. Muy completo y bueno el desayuno.

Lovely hotel, a comfortable walking distance from most things. Clean, friendly and updated enough. Highlight was the delicious and generous buffet breakfast with amazing panoramic views of the city. Would stay there again without hesitation.

I've never seen a hotel that restricts mangoes in the room. They are not smelly, i really can't understand their policy. I recommend this hotel for only those who don't plan to eat fruits in the room. Also, they kept asking me my room number almost everyday, annoying and never experienced this before.

該飯店位置絕佳，但是設施陳舊欠缺保養，已經不堪負荷使用，就704號房的馬桶需要沖兩三次水，才能乾凈，洗臉的水龍頭要很用力才能打開水，令旅游的興致大打折機。

Hotel sencillo y bien ubicado. Es una buena opción para pasar unos días visitando la ciudad. Nosotros lo teníamos asignado según nuestro circuito. Las habitaciones son amplias con un mobiliario algo sobrio. En cualquier caso, me parece más importante que tenga buen espacio y que esté limpio porque sólo tengo tiempo de dormir tras un día agotador. El desayuno está bien.
